How do I do a weekly screen time review?
Review your screen time data weekly to celebrate wins, identify patterns, and refine your strategies for continuous improvement.

Sustainable behavior change requires ongoing reflection, not just initial motivation. Set a weekly appointment with yourself—perhaps Sunday evening—to review your screen time, celebrate successes, and identify areas for improvement.
You can use Moment’s Wellbeing feature to track your screen time happiness and see how it evolves over the course of the week. Check and compare your satisfaction with your screen time between individual days and across weeks. Do you spot any trends or patterns? Ask yourself: What worked well? Where did I struggle? What emotions or situations triggered my longest sessions?
Use these insights to refine your approach for the coming week—perhaps adding an app or website to an existing blocker, adjusting the schedule, or creating a new blocker to protect your attention in situations where you want to be more present in real life.
Improving screen time habits is a process. Regularly reflecting and refining your approach will make small steps in the right direction compound into significant change over time.
